Our Delivery Rates

Generally, the price of your postage is determined by the total weight of the items you order. The prices are in line with those charged by private couriers (Usually My Hermes). The lowest rate is £2.99 for packets of 0-1kg. For packages 1-2kg (£3.99), 2-5kg (£4.99) & 5-30kg (£7.99). Parcels are delivered between 2 and 5 working days.

As we are a new business we are still working price issues out, and will eventually try and move to a simpler system, however, in the mean time, please be assured that it is unusual that we are making a profit off your postage. In fact the majority of prices are subsidised by us to keep your costs down. Prices are the cheapest available to us while maintaining a speedy delivery and high ethical standard.

Deliver Times

Packages are generally dispatched the morning after they are ordered, so delivery should be 2 - 5 working days.

Returns

You are of course welcome to return items in resalable condition if you like and faulty items too. You have the unconditional right to cancel your order within 7 days of delivery. Simply return the goods or let us know of your return request within the 7-day period by e-mail or telephone.
